Big meaty burritos make great lunches for contractors! End of project we have enjoyed a close out party including big trays of burrito meats (steak, chicken and pork) with all the fixings; cheese, beans, rice, salsas, chips and shells. We get cokes, chips and candy bars or pastries from Marshalls as well - a huge feast that everyone enjoys!

Bomb ass carne asada taco!! The salsa is hot but a good hot, I get mine with just salsa and cheese usually comes with onions and cilantro. If your in Aromas or near by take a detour it's worth it. Yummy!!! No sandwiches in this place but ham! As usual Tacos are YUMMMMMY!!! the salsa is not for the gringo mouth but it's a good hot, the kind you know better, but you get it anyway and it's better than he last time!

It's silly to me that people don't like this place! Or that they've gotten sick from the food. I've eaten here on and off for years as I come into town to visit family. It wasn't until this time around I discovered how amazing the breakfast burritos are. Holy yum! I see why people eat them every day! The matter of fact is this, it's Aromas. If you're looking for some fancy shmancy little grocery store drive the 15 minutes to go to a chain grocery store or gas station and get what you want. Don't like what they have here? Don't go here. But that will dwindle down your options to pretty much nothing but the gas station across the street. Seeing as where this location is, you can't have high expectations. But what you can get is an adorable little family who works here, loves what they do, and will remember your face and call you by your first name. It's a little family place and you can't put a value on that. I'll take the smaller selections for that any day.

Awesome little market in aromas run by Oscar and his family. The stores been there for a blue moon and really is the heart of the town. Located on the main drag, you can't miss it rolling into town. There's a taqueria inside which had great Mexican good which is hot hot hot if you have a unaccustomed tongue. They can adjust the heat if you like mild or not spicey but you have to let them know. Order ur Mexican food and pay at the counter before you leave. Pick up ur drinks including soda, beer, wine, juice or water and you can be on ur way pretty quickly ! Want yo know my personal favorite thing about Marshall's grocery store? In the summer they have a classic car show on Wednesday nights and the lot is usually full of all kinds of cars! Some are restored, some are in progress and some are "virgin " cars meaning nothing has been done to restore their original beauty. You get to meet a lot of people from the town at this social event and some attendees even come from the central. Coast! It's a blast! Check out Marshall's grocery and say hi to Oscar and his lovely wife for me. Tell them Karen sent you'

I was just there today. My boyfriend and I were looking for a quick dinner but did not want to go far. I have only been there twice before but that was for an ice cream and some treats. I have heard that their food from the back counter was good. I got a medium plate of pastor nachos with everything. That was so delicious. My boyfriend got a steak burrito with everything. He said it was excellent. My nachos were almost $5 and his burrito was just about $5 too. The food was cheap, quick, and so yummy. I recommend it. Oh plus everyone who works there is friendly.
